He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Pepperney (Sue); and his parents, Robert Pepperney and Helen Pepperney. He is survived by: his sister Linda Clagett McGinn of Pennsylvania; and his sons, Adam Russell (Susan) of Lewisburg Ky and William Russell (Linda). He is also survived by 13 Grand children and Several Great Grand children.
