He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvile N. Tuzicka, Sr. and Theora May "Teddy" Pierce; his brother Charlie Tuzicka; and his grandson Nathan Kolar. He is survived by: his spouse Lora J. Westby; his daughters, Linda Kolar (Kevin) of Osburn and Angel Newell (Brandon) of Jacksonville, Florida; his siblings, Dennis Tuzicka (Phyllis) of Sidney, Nebraska, Janice McCarty of Rifle, Colorado, Tim Tuzicka (Rosie) of Orlando and Kevin Tuzicka of Thermopolis, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Tiffani Loos (Kory, Trevor Kolar) and Aly Lamphere; and his great grandchildren, Rodney and Khloe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
