She was predeceased by: her parents, Lon Chadwick and Marie Burnett Chadwick; her husband Delbert Clayton Stevenson; her son Cole Stevenson, Sr. (Jennifer); and her siblings, Darrell Chadwick, Claude Chadwick, Carroll Burnett, Leta Chadwick and Millie Barton.
She is survived by: her daughter Donita Thompson of Laurie; her stepchildren, Bobby Lee Stevenson of Springfield, Debbie Gosvener of Branson, Kathy Murray of Neosho and Laura Stevenson of Branson; her siblings, Phyllis Chadwick of Tipton, Sanda Roberson of Versailles and Cleo Chadwrick of Versailles; her grandchildren, Keenan of Laurie, Nathaniel of Laurie, Cole Jr. of Laurie, Skyler of Laurie, Blake of Laurie, Isaiah of Mosheim, Tennessee and Ayrianna of Laurie; and her great grandchild Iris of Climax Springs. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
