With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Sager Jr. of Versailles, Missouri, born in Millstadt, Illinois, who passed away on January 13, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sager and Nettie Sager Sr. (Arras); and his great grandchild Sean Sippo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sager; his children, Michael Sager of Dupo, IL and Kathy Sippo (Art) of Highland, IL; his stepchildren, Sally Hunter of Versailles, MO, Shirley Sumner (Denzil) of Versailles, MO, Sharon Williams (George) of Treasure Island, FL, Mark Daniels (Lynda) of Versailles, MO, Nancy Upham (Wayne) of Hereford, AZ and Roger Joe Gamron of Richmond, TX; his grandchildren, Bradley Sager (Jessie), Natalie Steppig (Billy), Tiffany Sippo-Fisher (Ian), Courtney Sippo and Tina Robinson; his great grandchildren, Yvette Robinson, Hadley Steppig, Cooper Steppig, Amelia Sager and Remi Sager; and his brother David Sager (Brenda).
