He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Wray Sr. and Emma Lee Ratcliff Campbell; his wife Dani; his uncle Jake; and his siblings, Ed Campbell, Gussie Campbell, Dimple Campbell Cornett, Nell Garrison, Eva Watts and Annie Hull.
He is survived by: his son James W. "J. C."; his brother Milton Campbell Jr. (Lois) of Versailles; his grandchildren, Jessie Elmtalab (Cyrus) and Garrett; and his great grandchild Mina Elmtalab. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
