He is survived by: his children, James Allen, Jr. (Natalya) of Versailles and Colleen Kelly (Jim) of Bordentown; his grandchildren, Katherine Kelly, Samantha Talley (Sean) and Darina Allen; his great grandchildren, Logan and Natalie; and his sister Gloria Parker (Gerald) of Palisade, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
