Payne (Versailles, Missouri), born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene and Helen Irene Payne (Cohea); and his sister Cathleen Payne Lewis. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Payne (Sue) of Tolono and Barbara Payne (Perry Testory) of Urbana, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Sam Payne, Whitney Payne Striegel, Cody Payne, Keegan Payne, Jessica Lewis Woolcott, Stephanie Lewis Ward and Jordan Lewis. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, other relatives and his many friends.
