He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Payne (Sue) of Tolono and Barbara Payne (Perry Testory) of Urbana, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Sam Payne, Whitney Payne Striegel, Cody Payne, Keegan Payne, Jessica Lewis Woolcott, Stephanie Lewis Ward and Jordan Lewis. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews, other relatives and his many friends.
