She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Comstock and Dorothy Comstock; her husband Troy Nichols; her sister Brenda Trotter; her sister-in-law Paula Comstock; and her nephew J. J. Yoder.
She is survived by: her children, Cody (Michelle Nichols) and Rachel (Richard Rush); her grandchildren, Adyson Mae Nichols, Wyatt Cooper Rush, Kennedie Grace Rush, Madalyn Renee Nichols, Benton Alan Rush, Jaxson Joseph Rush, Thatcher Reed Nichols and Mackenzie Brooke Rush; her siblings, Jim (Karen Poole) of Denton, Rodney Comstock of Versailles, Bertha (Roger Thyng) and Kim (Scott Hoffa); and her brother-in-law Steve Trotter. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
