She was predeceased by: her parents, William Simmons and Patricia Simmons; and her nephew Charlie E. Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Yalonda Simmons (Jason Kunze) of Marshall, MO and Harold Hildreth (Katie) of Hallsville, MO; her grandchildren, Brianna Oswalt (Josh), Kyler Huff, Jacob Huff, Charlie and Calli Hildreth; her great grandchildren, Alizibeth and Jaxson Oswalt; and her siblings, Joe Simmons (Viola), Garry Simmons, Richard Simmons (April), Charlie Simmons (Kelly), Danny Simmons (Tracy) and Shelia Letchworth (Mike). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
