He is survived by: his son Alfred Lee Garrison, II (Becky) of Kansas City, Missouri; his brother Robert E. Garrison (Betty) of Versailles, Missouri; and his sister-in-law Mary Garrison of Versailles, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
