She was predeceased by: her father Richard Sullivan. She is survived by: her mother Susan Anderlick of Pierce City, MO; her sons, Caleb, Brent and Ethan; her husband Ronnie; her grandchildren, Braylee, Avianna, Axel and Brooklynn; and her sister Jill Gracia (Guy) of Carthage, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in Tara's honor.
