He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Mark Justus (Kim) of Purdy, MO., Gail Patton (Louie) of Carthage, MO. and Karen Alley (Greg) of Washburn, MO.; and his sister Rosemary Arnold of Joplin, MO.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
