She was predeceased by: her parents, Uless Hewlett and Lela Hewlett (Ethridge); her husband Gerald Seitz; and her children, Bobby Seitz and Dorena Seitz.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Crouch (Ronnie) of Mt. Vernon, Connie Van Da (Hal), Rex Seitz (Vickie) of Billings, Brenda Krueger (Charles) of Monett, Dean Seitz of Aurora, John Seitz of Verona and Billy Seitz of Verona.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
