He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Lafayette Brown Sr and Marilda C. Brown (Scott); his half-sister Daphne Heatley; and his brother Paul Brown. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Allison (Pat). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
