She is survived by: her parents, Gene Samuels and Muriel Samuels (Hillhouse); her sons, Andy Terry (Monica) of Monett and Austin Terry (Angel) of Aurora; her grandchildren, Addison, Lucas and Jesse; and her brothers, Roy, Gary and Donnie Samuels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
