He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Kennedy of St. Paul, KS. and Dianna Smith of Monett, MO.; and his brothers, Terry and Jerry Threlfall of Girard, KS.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
