He is survived by: his parents, Guillermo Aguinaga and Yolanda Aguinaga (Estrada); his sister Jennifer Aguinaga of Verona; and his grandparents, Justina Romero Peralta of Mexico, Juan Estrada Luna of Mexico, Inocencia Aguinaga Luna of Mexico and Elpirio Aguinaga Peralta of Mexico. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
