As Clifford Wayne departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Clifford Wayne. Though Clifford Wayne may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Walton and Pearlie Walton (Womack); his son John Coan; and his sister Ann Walton. He is survived by: his wife Karen; and his children, Shane Walton (Linda) of Omaha, AR, Mark Coan of Marshfield, MO and Lori Street (Eric) of Clever, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery (5201 S Southwood Rd, Springfield, MO 65804).
