Carl Francis Schmidt Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Francis Schmidt of Verona, Missouri, who passed away on August 3, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Schmidt and Flora Schmidt of Verona, Missouri.; his wife Jackie; his children, Patricia Whittaker and Gary Slankard; and his siblings, Joe Schmidt and Mary Ann Jirik.
He is survived by: his children, Denis Schmidt of Louisville, Kentucky, Rick Slankard (Starla) and Nanci Hale (Ron) of Sand Springs, OK; his siblings, Andrew Schmidt of West Fork, AR, Leo Schmidt (Janice), Ralph Schmidt (Jeannie) and Marguerite Butterworth (Bill); and his sister-in-law Joyce Tinklepaugh of Monett. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
