He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hoffarth and Vedia Hoffarth. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hoffarth; his children, Carrie Schafer and Dwight Hoffarth; his grandchildren, Abram Hoffarth, Haley Hoffarth, Tyler Hoffarth, Brandy Howell and Brittany Russell; his brother Rudy Hoffarth (Marilynn); and his sister-in-law Jutta Harris. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
