He is survived by: his children, Tina Quillman (Kim), Jerry Welton, Jr., Johnny Welton and Brett Welton (Nikki); and his siblings, Carol (Larry), Marlyn (Charley), Butch (June) and Floyd (Fern). He is also survived by 19 grandkids; 17 great grandkids; 2 great great grandkids.
