She is survived by: her children, Gary C. Fowler (Leslie) of Vandalia and Vickie A. Lewis of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Jared R. Lewis (Katie) of Lee Summit, Jason A. Lewis (Whitney) of Greenwood, Jamie L. Fowler (Heather) of Columbia, Lindsy A. Alexander (Mark) of Lee Summit and Kelsy L. Fowler of Vandalia, MO; her great grandchildren, Ben, Vivi, Asa, Nora, Silas, August, Leah, Della Ray and Lucy; and her sister-in-law Amy Fike of Lowell, Arkansas..
