He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Richard Sr.; his son Thomas Richard Dwyer III (T. T.); and his brothers, Michael Kevin Dwyer and Joseph Justin Dwyer. He is survived by: his mother Thelma June Dwyer; his close friend Kathy Mansfield; his sons, Cody Darren Dwyer (Alli) and Jesse Stephen Dwyer; and his siblings, Vicki Boehlow, Cris Anderson, David Dwyer (Tammy), Seth Dwyer (Scarlet), Johnny Dwyer (Harlie), Jason Dwyer and Jeremiah Dwyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the family; Cody Dwyer, to assist with expenses in care of Waters Funeral Home.
