She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Askey and Rose Helen Askey (Harris); her husband William Saleem Hassien; her daughter Kimberly Kay Bise; and her brothers, Robert Askey and Micheal Askey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara L. Branstetter (Boyce) of Vandalia, MO, Sandra L. Berry (Darren) of Perry, MO and Amy H. Rost (Christian, Jr) of Vandalia, MO; her son-in-law Barry Bise; her brother Dale Askey of Monroe City, MO; her grandchildren, Meredith Jacyna (Adas), Megan Roth (Tom), Courtney Ragland (Thomas), Mallory Steffen (Brandon), Adam Wood (Lona), Brandin Campbell (Darrell), Devyn Berry, Landon Berry, Avery Rost and Sophia Rost; her friend Connie Strother; her grandsons, Adas Jacyna, Tom Roth, Thomas Ragland, Jordan Branstetter, Brandon Steffen and Weston Berry; and her sons-in-law, Boyce Branstetter, Darren Berry and Christian Rost, Jr.. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, one brother-in law, four sisters-in-law, and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
