He is survived by: his wife Kaylynn Kukulka of Vandalia; his children, Alyssa Ehler (Randy) of Vandalia, Heather Lamberson (Stephen) of Troy, Craig Berghager (Dawn) of Lathrop, Kyle Lamberson (Dawn) of Vandalia and Kalon Smith of Vandalia; and his sister Pat Smith (Jeff) of Michigan. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
