He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Julia Rogers Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Opal Arliene Thurman; his sons, Mark Woodward (Jennifer) of Vandalia and David Woodward (Elizabeth) of Eldon; his grandsons, Jacob and Joseph Woodward; and his sons, Lilyannah and Weston Woodward. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
