He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Aubrey and Lucy Roberta Harris Bland; his wife Alta May Pettey of Vandalia; his children, Steve Bland (Beverly) of Hannibal, Dale Bland (Cheryl) of Camdenton and Joy Hoyt (Terry) of Laddonia; and his sisters, Patsy Clithero of Vandalia, Mary Jo Beshears and Betty Lou Miller Eakins. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
