She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lee and Peggy Collins, Sr. (Sharp). She is survived by: her daughter Merrilee Mikulas (Ben) of Peyton, CO; her brother Jesse Lee Collins, Jr.; and her friend Mary Maiden.
