It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Fredrick McKinney of Vandalia, Missouri, born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eagan McKinney and Sara Alice Barnes; his daughter Rose McKinney; and his stepson Randall Girard. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Dean Righter; his children, Norman "Dutch" McKinney, Jr. (Bobbi Sue) of Park Hills, Patricia Davis of Park Hills, Theresa Dalton of Bowling Green and Michele Scott of St. Louis; and his stepchildren, Dana Girard (Patsy) of Clinton, OK, Virgil Girard of Vandalia and Denise Willis of Vandalia. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 16 step great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
