She is survived by: her children, Calvin Collette of Vandalia, Barry (Nancy Collette) of Vandalia and Dee Ann Thomas of Vandalia; her grandsons, Fernando Zubia Jr., Jacob Collette and Kyle Collette; and her great grandchild Mason Zubia.
