She is survived by: her children, Jim Dowell of Wellsville, Rick Dowell of Center and Lori Shaw of Middletown; her grandchildren, Colton, Cody Dowell, Samantha Shaw, Dusty Vonvain (Tasha) and Megan Dowell; and her great grandchild Peighton Lionberger.
