Linda Jean Hicks Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jean Hicks of Vandalia, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Lee and Velma Inez Anderson (Waters); her husband William Joe "Bill" Hicks; her brother James Edwin "Eddie" Anderson; and her son-in-law Tom Culwell.

She is survived by: her children, Melissa Culwell of Vandalia and Mark (Jill Hicks) of Hannibal; her grandchildren, Riley Culwell of Bowling Green, Kaylen Culwell of Wright City, Sophie and Maggie Hicks of Hannibal; and her brother Larry Anderson of Vandalia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to the Tri-County Care Center or Community Loving Care Hospice, in care of the Waters Funeral Home.
