He is survived by: his daughter Serena Kinkade; his stepsons, Steven Fischer, John Fischer (Danielle) and Brandon Fischer; his grandchildren, Evie Kinkade, Jenni Elliott, Nikholas Fischer, Nakayla Fischer, Christopher Fischer and Alexis Fischer; his great grandchildren, Kai Martin, Brantley Fischer, Karter Fischer, Luka Fischer and Safari Smith; his siblings-in-law, Janis Blattner and Thomas Christopher (Cheryl); and his extended family, Lacie Tarrants and Dan Elliott (Renee).
