It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Striebeck of Vandalia, Missouri, born in Doniphan, Missouri, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Payne and Edna Payne (Sullivan); her husband Charles Striebeck; and her children, Robert Striebeck, Donald Striebeck and Carol Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Green of Vandalia Missouri and Joseph Striebeck of Vandalia Missouri; her daughter-in-law Jeannie Striebeck of Troy, Missouri; and her sisters, Stella Payne of Poplar Bluff and Chloe Looney of Oklahoma. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
