With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Walton of Vandalia, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Johnson and Iola Johnson (Potter); and her brothers, Lloyd "Junior" Johnson, Gene Johnson and Bob Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Walton (Tracy) of Vandalia, Krystal Shaw (George) of Vandalia and Tabatha Walton of Fulton; her sister-in-law Lorraine Johnson of Utah; her grandchildren, Lauren Shelton, Brook Jackson and Colby Walton; her great grandchild Amelia Shelton; and her friends, Linda Livers, Renee and Merle James.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vandalia Fair Board, in care of Waters Funeral Home.
