James E. Evans Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Evans of Vandalia, Missouri, born in Perry, Missouri, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Evans and Dorothy Evans (Griffin); and his siblings, Bobby Joe Evans and Loretta Kay Evans. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Ann Schremp; his children, James Lee Evans of Hannibal, David A. Evans of Vandalia, Belinda Krchelich of Perry and Debbie Pursifull (Tim) of Vandalia; his brother Donald "Gene" Evans (Donna) of Center; his grandchildren, John Krchelich (Kristin) of Clarinda, IA, Bryan Evans (Sarah) of Vandalia, Mary Easter (Cheston) of Princeton, Rachel Williams (Adam) of Valley Park, Ashley Niemeyer (Ryan), Elizabeth Straube (Brandon) of Vandalia and Emily DeTienne of Saint Louis; and his great grandchildren, Ty, Dalton, Emma, Ann, Kylee, Stella, Jacob, Emrey, Haven, Luke and Charlotte. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
