He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Dowell and Josephine Benn Dowell; and his sisters, Bonnie Schambach and Judy White. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Bernice Luckett (Millie); his children, Jim Dowell of Wellsville, Rick Dowell of Center and Lori Shaw of Middletown; his grandchildren, Colton, Cody Dowell, Samantha Shaw, Dusty Vonvain (Tasha) and Megan Dowell; and his great grandchild Peighton Lionberger.
