He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Albert and Mary Lottie Garnet McCormack (Cowley); his former wife Frances A. Collard; his siblings, Kenneth Calvin (Martha Agnes) and Martha Ruth Carr (Clayton Carr); and his niece Sharon Rose McCormack.
He is survived by: his spouse Lynelle Elaine Singleton; his daughter Mary Frances (Layman) of Florida; and his grandson Keith McCormack.
