Hazel Cummins Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2020, at the age of 92, Hazel Cummins of Vandalia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Melvin James and Floranc May Nelson; her husband Arthur David Cummins; her son David Cummins; her siblings, Frank, Jessie, Lorn, Othel, Ethel, Louise and Fern; her grandchildren, Billy Cummins and Rebecca Cummins; and her granddaughter-in-law Lori Kay Cummins.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Cummins (Jan), Coy Cummins (Evelyn), Roy Cummins (Janice), James Cummins (Julia) and Judy Burnett (Don); her brothers, Lee James and Kenneth James; her daughter-in-law Nancy Cummins; and her brother-in-law Harry White. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; eight step grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren and step great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
