We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2024, at the age of 83, Gwendolyn P Rhodes of Vandalia, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Palmer and Lula "Woods" Palmer; her siblings, Andrew Palmer and Marlene Palmer; and her nephew Christopher Wise.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Griggsby of Vandalia, Tommy (Natalie Griggsby), Leland Griggsby (Robyn) of Vandalia, Adrian Griggsby (Lisa) of St. Charles and Sonya Terrell (Robin Terrell); her siblings, Charles Overton, Karen Palmer and Anita Palmer of Chicago; and her pet Shadow. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great children.
Memorials are suggested to the Country View Nursing Home.
