He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Barrymore and Isabell Rose Livingston Willis; and his brother-in-law Mike Kuda. He is survived by: his spouse Marilyn Sue Kuda; his son Douglas Willis (April) of Vandalia; his brothers, Guy Willis (Mildred) and David Willis (June); his grandchildren, Payton of Vandalia, Jenna of Vandalia and Emily Willis of Vandalia; and his brothers-in-law, Ralph Kuda (Patti) of Vandalia, Phillip Kuda (Pam) of Vandalia and Jim Kuda (Connie) of Vandalia.
