She was predeceased by: her husband Bob. She is survived by: her siblings, James Earl (Hannah), Eugene Leslie (LaMona), Floyd Francis (Betty) and Catherine Pearl Runyon (Joe); her daughter Dea Raechelle Hoover (Andrew "Declan" Rutan); her former husband Donald R. Hoover; and her caregiver Sandy Renner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Waters Funeral Home (500 S Main St, Vandalia, MO 63382). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Missouri Baptist Children's Home or the Baptist Homes of Tri-County, in care of the Waters Funeral Home.
