He is survived by: his mother Jeanette McDonald Palmer of Elsberry; his children, Christian Chas Palmer of West Amana, IA, Tara Palmer of St. Louis, MO, Brandon Palmer of St. Louis and Jessika Palmer of St. Peters, MO; his close friend Leslie Maylee of Vandalia; and his siblings, Charles Daniel "Danny" Palmer of Elsberry, Derrick Palmer (Leslie) of East Alton, IL, Dedric Palmer of Elsberry, Debi Bowser (Arnie) of Divide, MT and Donna Hammond (Rich) of St. Peters, MO. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
