He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Wortman and Mrytle Wortman (Wulff); his brothers, Norman Wortman and Donald Wortman; and his sister-in-law Mary Wortman.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Bueneman; his children, Mark Wortman of Troy and Carla Wortman of Vandalia; and also Seth Wortman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
