With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alta Joiner of Vandalia, Missouri, born in Seymour, Iowa, who passed away on September 18, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Walker and Eva Walker (Patterson); her husband William Joiner; her son Larry Joiner; her sisters, Lula Roths and Ruby Taylor; her children-in-law, Arthur Knepp and Raeann Joiner; and her brothers-in-law, Al Taylor and Dale Roths.
She is survived by: her daughter Eva Knepp of Davenport, IA; and her grandchildren, Carrie, Jason, Michael, Dale and Chris. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and loved family and friends.
