He was predeceased by: his parent Clyde Franklin Collins; and his siblings, John "Jay" Collins and Mary Ellen Stevens. He is survived by: his parent Ruby Pearl Kennedy (Mandrel); his children, Glen David Collins (Terrisa) of Advance, Patricia Norman (Donald) of Wappapello and Melissa Dawn Collins of Scott City; his siblings, Tim Rhodes, Jr. and Glenda Clark; and his wife Delcy Collins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.
