He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda Lindley Johnston; his children, Dustin Emery Frazier (Morgan) of Ellington, Missouri and Stephanie Lynn Frazier of New Madrid, Missouri; his sister Leilia Sturgeon Jackson (David) of East Prairie; his grandchildren, Millie Rae Frazier and Bowen Heuring; his nephew Kade Elyjah Hawkins; his niece Ashley Jernigan (Bryan); and his great-nephew Rayne Presley Jernigan.
