He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Culp of Hermann, MO and Teresa Voyles (Melvin) of Ellsinore, MO; his sister Shelia Smith (Steve) of Louisiana; his grandchildren, Brad Andress, Brandy Foley, James Crouch, Kerry Voyles, Cody Voyles (Amanda), Leandra Voyles, Carl Crouch, Josh Crouch, Jonathan Culp (Abi) and Logan Culp; and his great grandchild Nicholas Culp. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family and friends.
