He is survived by: his wife Frances Catlett (Reed) of Ellington; his children, Rita Hardwick (James) of Ellsinore and Phillip Catlett, Jr. of Fort Worth; his grandchildren, Tasha Catlett of Ellington, Destiny Greene (Justin) of Neelyville, Zach Hardwick of Ellsinore, Robin Catlett of Van Buren and Shania Lowe of Van Buren; his great grandchildren, Tatym Hunter, Hayden and Ashton; and his sisters, Margaret, Parcus (Larry), Dede Rymer (Doral) and Nita Mitchem (Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews family and friends.
