He was predeceased by: his parent Marvin H.; and his sister Bettie J. Wampler of Salines, CA.. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Erie Elam (Arnold); his brothers, Marvin Elam of Pearland, TX. and Merlin Elam of Post Falls, ID; his niece Bernadette Fox of Mississippi; and his friend Brenda White of Van Buren, MO. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
